For the 2026–27 winter season, Cornerstone Snow Removal offers straightforward per-push pricing. You pay each time we service your property, with a minimum of $60 per visit.

Your price is based on the size and layout of your property, the areas you’d like cleared, and the services you select. We’ll discuss your needs and provide a clear quote before service begins.
Snow clearing starts at $60 per visit. Prices increase with snow depth, and heavy, wet snow carries an additional 30% surcharge. Each visit is billed separately. Expand below for pricing examples and details.

Snowfall and pricing
Pay per clearing visit: One “push” means one completed visit to clear the snow-removal areas included in your quote. Pricing is based on the snow depth cleared during that visit, not the storm’s total accumulation.
When we visit: Choose a snowfall trigger between 1 and 5 inches. During longer storms, additional visits may be needed. Repeat-visit triggers will be agreed upon in advance, and each visit is billed seperately.
Heavy, wet snow: Heavy, wet snow requires additional work and carries a 30% surcharge on that visits depth-adjusted snow-clearing price.
Ice treatment: Salt and ice melt are billed separately and are excluded from snow-clearing surcharges.

Service starts at agreed trigger. For example, a 5-inch trigger means the first clearing falls in the $78 tier.

How We Measure
Snow depth: Before clearing, we average measurements from three representative, undisturbed spots in the service area, excluding tire tracks, large drifts, and plowed piles.
Heavy, wet snow: The 30% surcharge applies when saturated, slushy snow covers a substantial portion of the clearing area and requires extra handling. we document these conditions before clearing. Tempature alone does not determine the surcharge.
